A personal message from the Conference Chairs

Portugal has been regularly listed as a top tourist destination, ranking high for its food, the weather, and its friendly, easy-going people. Aveiro is located in central Portugal and is a booming city due to tourism and its renowned higher education facility at the University of Aveiro. The University of Aveiro is very entrepreneurial and has hosted and indeed hosts in its incubator some notable start-ups.
