Personal Message from the Conference Chairs

Rome, the eternal city, has a history that spans more than 28 centuries. In ancient times it was considered the Caput Mundi, the capital of the old Roman Empire. Today, it is one of the most fascinating and beautiful cities in the world.

We are pleased to welcome you to the 2020 ECIE Conference, which will be held in Rome at the UNINT University. UNINT, the International University of Rome, is a private university founded in 1996. It is organized in three Faculties – Economics, Interpreting and Translating and Political Sciences – and it provides a total of 7 Bachelor and Master programmes.

Thanks to its international vocation, UNINT aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Our academic programmes are designed to shape a new class of global citizens, managers and entrepreneurs.

The university is located near the beautiful historical centre of Rome and it is easily reachable from the two airports of the city (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and from the train station (Termini).

We are sure that the conference will be of valuable interest to all participants.

We look forward to welcoming you in Rome at UNINT University in September.
