| Registration options All registration fees are quoted in GBP (pounds Sterling). Group discounts We offer a group discount of 15% off the registration fee for 3-5 participants and 20% for 6 or more participants. All participants must register together and only one invoice/receipt will be issued. | Conference proceedings are supplied electronically to participants as part of the package. You can choose to reserve a hard copy in advance at this special price for collection at the conference. NOTE: If pre-ordered proceedings are not collected it will be necessary to pay the full bookshop price including postage before they will be dispatched. | Accommodation: We have negotiated special rates for the nights of 6th and 7th February at the following hotels. All bookings are made directly with the hotel. The ACI support team will be staying at the Imperial Hotel – Queens Park. Should there be a requirement for ground transport to the conference dinner, this hotel will be the pickup and drop off point. Please note that the conference will convene in the Conference Centre inside the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel. You can find more information about the hotels including their location in relation to the Conference Venue from the Practical Information page. Note: There is a limited availability at each of the hotels so it is advisable to book well in advance | |
| Option 1: En-suite accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis for the nights of the 6th and 7th February 2013 at the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok. We have negotiated a group rate of TBH 2,700 per night (including service charge and VAT) for a single room and TBH 3,000 per night for a double occupancy room. | Visa Applications: Visitors to Thailand must have a valid passport and may require a visa. We recommend that you check with your nearest Thai Embassy/Consulate. Please note that we are not able to arrange visas but, once you have completed registration, we can provide a letter confirming that you have paid to attend the conference. | How to pay Fees are payable in advance. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard (credit or debit). We do not accept AMEX, Diners or Maestro cards. You can also pay by GBP cheque/bank draft or by bank transfer. You need to register to obtain an invoice or pay by credit/debit card. The invoice will provide all the information you need to pay by bank transfer. Click the Register Here button at the top of this page to access our shop. |
| Payment deadlines Earlybird fees must reach us no later than 30 November 2012. To ensure publication of papers, author payments must reach us no later than 4 January 2013. Other payments should reach us no later than 8 February 2013. Registrations can still be made after this date, provided payment is received by credit/debit card at the time of booking. Participants arriving at the conference without having pre-registered are welcome subject to availability. Payment will be required on arrival, and will be subject to a late registration surcharge of £100 on the relevant fee. |
| Changes and Amendments: Before finally submitting your registration, please check your order carefully as any changes we have to make after an invoice has been raised will be subject to an administration charge of £25 per change made. | Earlybird condition: In order to obtain the Earlybird rate, we must be in receipt of your full conference registration fee by the published Earlybird date. Although we endeavour to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this. In the event of an author subsequently failing to have a paper accepted for the conference, a refund can be made (cancellation charges apply). |
| Note to Authors: Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee. Author registration (including payment) must be completed by 4 January 2013. |
