It is a great pleasure and honour for the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA) of Bangkok University to host the first International Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance.
The International Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance (ICMLG 2013) invites researchers, practitioners and academics to present their research findings, work in progress, case studies and conceptual advances in any branch of the above fields. The conference brings together varied groups of people with different perspectives, experiences and knowledge in one location. It aims to help practitioners find ways of putting research into practice and researchers to gain an understanding of real-world problems, needs and aspirations.
This knowledge sharing event will also be a great opportunity to discover or rediscover Amazing Thailand. As the political, economic, cultural, culinary, and spiritual capital of Thailand, Bangkok features both old-world charm and modern convenience, at times served up in an apparently chaotic manner, but always with a gracious smile.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Bangkok and to making this conference a learning, sharing and enjoyable event.

Note to Authors: Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee. Author registration (including payment) must be completed by 4 January 2013.
