Please submit your abstract using the form below.
To improve your chances of selection, we strongly advise you to read the submission guidelines. The abstract submission deadline is 1 September 2011


You should receive an automatic response that your submission has been made and you will hear from us again by about the 8 September 2011 once the selection panel have considered all submissions. Full papers should be submitted as .doc or .rtf files by email attachment. Details will be supplied with your submission acceptance email. The Full Paper is due for review by 20 October 2011. Authors are advised that this is a final date. Earlier submission of the full paper helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner.


If you have any problems with this form or if you have not heard about your abstract by the middle of September please contact the conference manager, Charlotte Hall 


Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee only allows an author to present one paper. Therefore if multiple papers are accepted for presentation different co-authors need to present each paper.

You should provide full details for all additional authors, in the correct order, in the Additional Information box at the end of the form.
