| The 5th International Conference on e-Learning (ICEL-2010) was hosted by the Universiti Sains Malaysia. The conference was held at the Universiti Sains Malaysia Penang campus. Our thanks and appreciation goes out to all those who presented papers and participated in the conference, feedback to date from delegates and participants has been extremely positive. The support from all departments within the University and both our Chairs and Keynote speakers is gratefully acknowledged.
