Congratulations to Danie du Toit, Theo Veldsman and Deon van Zyl for their co-authored PhD paper “The Testing and Validation of a Model for Leadership Maturity Based on Jung’s Concept of Individuation” which was awarded best PhD paper discussed at the conference and to Mirjami Ikonen and Taina Savolainen whose poster Renewing Human Intellectual Capital by Building Trust in Intra-organisational Relationships” was voted best poster at the conference.
