Conference status

An early preliminary programme can now be viewed on the programme page. Additionally a .pdf version can be downloaded from the top of this page. It is important to note that travel arrangements should not be made based on the presentation slot shown in any preliminary programme. If you have a specific need to speak on a particular day, please email Sue Nugus, the conferences Director, who will try to accommodate you. A complete listing of abstracts accepted as full papers has been posted up on the Abstracts Selected webpage. Full papers are due not later than 3 February 2012. Authors are advised that this is a FINAL date. Earlier submission of the full paper helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. Please read the style guidelines document and the submission guidelines page. Papers should be submitted as soon as they are ready as .doc or .rtf file attachments by email to the Conference Manager, Charlotte Hall with the paper submission checklist and copyright form, which are available from the download area on the top of the At a Glance page.

The conference was launched at EIW 2012 in Tallinn, Estonia. The conference will be hosted at the Institute Ecole Supérieure en Informatique, Electronique et Automatique, Laval, France on 5-6 July 2012. For more information, see the practical information page. The call for papers closes on the 16 December 2011. (extended until 6 January 2012)  Applications are being accepted to the 2012 review committee. If you would like to be considered, please click the link at the right hand side and complete the application form.

Note to Authors: Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee. Author registration (including payment) must be completed by 1 June 2012

Applications are still being accepted to join the conference committee.
