Conference status

The conference will be hosted at the Institute of Cybernetics at the Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn, Estonia on 7-8 July 2011. Raul Rebane, Stratkom and Enn Tyugu, Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCD COE) and the Institute of Cybernetics (IoC) at Tallinn University, Tallinn, Estonia gave the keynote addresses.

Publication opportunity

Papers presented at the conference are published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings have an ISBN and ECIW proceedings are listed and/or rated by multiple organisations worldwide.

Selected papers presented at the Conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Information Warfare: http://www.jinfowar.com .

Additionally, selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Electronic Security and Digital Forensics published by Inderscience UK (ISSN:1751-1911X)
