Abstract Submission Form

Following a number of requests, the committee have extended the submission deadline to 11 March 2010. Abstracts already received will be considered and authors notified by 4^th March. Other abstracts will be considered as they are received. All notifications should be completed by 18 March. Full papers will still be required by 15 April.

Please submit your abstract using the form below. To improve your chances of selection, we strongly advise you to read the author guidelines.

You should receive an email copy of the submission that has been made and you will hear from us again by about 04 March 2010 once the selection panel have considered all submissions. Full papers should be submitted as .doc or .rtf files by email attachment. Details will be supplied with your submission acceptance email.

Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee only allows an author to present one paper. Therefore if multiple papers are accepted for presentation different co-authors need to present each paper.
