Abstract Submission Form


Acceding to several requests for extensions, the programme committee have extended the abstract submission date to 11th October 2011. Please submit your abstract using the form below. To improve your chances of selection, we strongly advise you to read the abstract guidelines.

If you submitted your abstract before 27 September, you will hear from us again by 4 October 2010 once the selection panel have considered all submissions. Late submissions will be acknowledged as soon as possible. Full papers should be submitted as .doc or .rtf files by email attachment. Details will be supplied with your submission acceptance email. The Full Paper is due for review not later than 15 November 2010. Authors are advised that the submission date for the full paper for review is a final date. Earlier submission of the full paper helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. So if your full paper is ready before 15 November 2010, please email it to Charlotte Hall, the conference submissions manager.

Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee only allows an author to present one paper. Therefore if multiple papers are accepted for presentation different co-authors need to present each paper.

If you have any problems with this form or if you have not heard about your abstract by the middle of October, please contact the conference manager, Charlotte Hall.

You should provide full details for all additional authors, in the correct order, in the Additional Information box at the end of the form.
