Abstract Submission Form

e

The call for papers closes on 16 March 2012. Please submit your abstract using the form below. To improve your chances of selection, we strongly advise you to read the abstract guidelines.

You should receive an email copy of the submission that has been made. The selection panel will consider all submissions received and authors will hear from us again by 23 March. Full papers are required not later than 4 May 2012 and should be submitted as .doc or .rtf files by email attachment. Details will be supplied with your submission acceptance email. Please note that the full paper date is the final date for receipt. Earlier submission of papers to the review process helps us to manage this in a timely manner and we are happy to accept them as soon as they are ready.

Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee. Author registration (including payment) must be completed by 31 August 2012.

If you have any problems with this form or if you have not heard about your abstract by the end of March, please contact the conference manager, Julia Hawkins.

This form has space for four authors. If you have more than four authors, please complete contact author details then go directly to the Abstract Details section. You should provide full details for all additional authors, in the correct order, in the Additional Information box at the end of the form.

Note: The Form will not SUBMIT unless all required fields are completed.
