The conference is hosted by the University of Cyprus and will be held in the Grecian Bay Hotel, a 5 star hotel in the resort of Agia Napa on 6-7 November 2008.

Papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Electronic Journal of e-Learning. The latest issue of the journal, Volume 5, Issue 4, is available to read online.
