The conference was hosted by the University
of Winchester, in the United Kingdom
on 15-16 September 2008. The conference welcomed two keynote speakers, Professor David Brooksbank
of the University of Wales Institute and Liz Leffman of Clothesource,
who will speak on the transferring the skills gained as an member of a large
organisation into her own business. At the end of an exciting first day, the
conference dinner was held in the historic Winchester Guildhall, with a
pre-dinner reception in the Great Hall, hosted by the Leader of Winchester
County Council.
