PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS
and REFUND POLICY:
Goods are generally dispatched within 15 working days of receipt of payment. If we are unable to meet this deadline an email will be sent with an explanation.
DVDs and CDs are sent by Royal Mail standard delivery for UK addresses and by airmail for overseas addresses.
Books and Conference Proceedings are sent by Parcel Force within the UK and by Printed Materials airmail post for overseas delivery.
Should any product purchased from ACI be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the academic-conferences.org website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Academic Conferences International within 7 days of delivery of the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
